Something
that happens suddenly and causes much suffering or loss to people, that is
disaster. We may experience disaster anytime throughout our day. It can be a
flood, tornado, fire, typhoon, crash or anything that can caused damage to
people or casualties. As it definition states that it causes suffering or loss
and damage to people and casualties. It sounds alarming, isn’t it?

As
this month is the National Disaster Resilience Month with theme “Kahandaan sa
Sakuna’t Peligro para sa Tunay na Pagbabago” the DRRMC conducteddifferent
activities and programs for disaster preparedness. Conducting these activities
help a lot of Filipinos to be knowledgable on the things that they should do
during, before or after any disaster. The DRRMC also conducted seminars on
first aiding a patient and how to shorten the risk that may happen tous.
Disaster
Mangement is very important for the reason that it can save a lot of lives. We
should participate and support the things because of its benefits to the people.
Disaster management is all we need to save the lives of people.
